According to MADD Canada, drinking and driving is responsible for over 1,000 deaths and close to 65,000 injuries per year. Drink or drive – it’s a decision made before the first drink. Let’s be responsible and pledge to return home safely at the end of the night!

Safety has always been our number one priority at Uber, so on one of the busiest nights of the year for alcohol consumption, we teamed up with Rethink to help Canadians get home safe. Check out the video below and watch how those who stumbled upon the Uber Safe kiosk were able to request a free ride home.
