Taxicabs have been the venue for thousands of crimes committed in Chicago in the last decade. However, Uber’s entrance into Chicago has shown a favorable correlation with the decline of taxi crime rates.
Uber And GSDC Host Chicago Driver Recruitment Event
Last night, we teamed up with the Greater Southwest Development Corporation to host a driver recruitment event for local residents on Chicago’s Southwest side. The event was an opportunity for folks to meet with the Uber team and sign up to learn more about becoming an uberX partner.
