Work History
After college, I spent about three years as an analyst working for an economic consulting firm.

Describe Your Current Role
Successful operations managers wear many hats; the position can become whatever you make it. The primary responsibilities of an operations manager include getting new partners to start using the Uber app, improving the experience of exisiting partners, and using the tools and information at your disposal to create new opportunities to grow the business and improve the experience for both riders and for drivers.

Favorite Project
Helping to bring UberHEALTH from idea to reality.

Fun Fact
I’ve always loved baseball and data. I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to embrace both of those during a summer internship with the Tampa Bay Rays and then a senior thesis studying competitive balance in Major League Baseball.

This past fall, we partnered with registered nurses to bring flu prevention packs and shots directly to users and their friends – at the single touch of a button with UberHEALTH.
