Wunderman Advertising Rides with Uber

We are excited to announce that Wunderman — one of the largest advertising agencies in the world — is choosing Uber for Business as the preferred transportation option for employees in the United States.

With this partnership, Wunderman becomes the first advertising company to partner with Uber on a national level, which means their employees can rely on Uber to get them where they need to go in over 320 cities and 58 countries globally.

“Wunderman required an ‘on demand’ service that would be reliable and affordable. Our people deserve the comfort and convenience that Uber offers them. The change is in part a reflection of how our colleagues live, as well as work. The Uber for Business offering, the intuitive technology, even the cars themselves, fit with who we are as an agency and the type of work we do for our clients.”

— Mark Read, CEO, Wunderman.

The Uber for Business platform includes a centralized billing system and a travel dashboard that business administrators can use to manage Uber usage by employees. Employees can bill their rides to the central account, cutting down on company credit cards, reimbursements, and time intensive expense reports.

Employees have access to this new payment option in their Uber app, and with products offered at every price point, employees can travel in style around the world while staying within their company’s budget.

“Wunderman is a recognized leader in digital advertising, and we are thrilled they are embracing the benefits of Uber for Business for their employees. With Uber as their preferred option, Wunderman employees now have peace of mind knowing that there is a reliable, safe, and affordable ride whenever they need one.”

— Emil Michael, SVP of Business for Uber

New York will be the first of Wunderman’s offices in the U.S. to ride with Uber. The company will continue to roll out the offering to its nearly two dozen offices nationwide.
