Describe Yourself in One Word: Crazy (in a good way)
When you were child, what did you imagine you’d be doing as an adult? A cowboy.
What defines a powerful woman?
Confidence. Realizing that she doesn’t need a man to be a success. She can be confident, happy and fulfilled in life, all on her own.
Who is a female role model in your life?
Myself. I’ve always just followed what felt right to me and followed the path in becoming who I want to be.
As a powerful woman, what drives you?
Being proud of myself. Making people laugh and smile. I like making people feel good, driving those feel good brain chemicals.
Why do you drive with Uber?
I have so much fun! I really like to meet people and make them smile. I have never felt more welcome and accepted by a group of people. Uber values me and my opinion. I feel accepted by this group of people, more than peers that are my age. I relate to this generation, and I’m happy to be a part of the community through Uber!
What career advice would you give other women?
Be yourself. Don’t let people walk over you when you’re talking. Find what it is that makes you feel peaceful and happy. And most importantly, don’t take sh*t from anybody.
How are you going to celebrate International Women’s Day?
I will encourage all women to have a voice. Keep at it, if you get a no… Don’t accept it.

With a growing restaurant community comes more choices and more complexity. So we’re cooking up features to continue to make UberEATS easy and reliable. Here is a taste–
