Clear your calendars—#UberKITTENS are back in Seattle!

This Thursday will be anything but business as usual. We’re partnering with Seattle Humane and these #UberKITTENS just want to get their paws in the door.

Request and a few furry friends will visit your office. You can hold them, test their skills (they are excellent paper shredders), and even take them home if they pass the interview stage.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Open your Uber app between 11am and 3pm.
  2. Request the “KITTENS” option in your app.
  3. Once the kittens arrive, you and your friends will get to enjoy 15 minutes of kitten cuteness! PRO TIP: Make sure to have an enclosed space purrrfect for playtime!
  4. The best part? The kittens are available for adoption. Better yet…THURSDAY ONLY, Seattle Humane is waiving the cat adoption fee!

*If you’re lucky enough to request kittens to your office, please make sure your boss or building is going to be cool with the meows and that no one in the area is allergic. Also, having a dedicated room for kitten playtime is preferred.

It’s just a $30 “snuggle fee” for the best 15 minutes of your day and Uber will turn around and support Seattle Humane! If you’re smitten for a kitten or are looking for a new purr-sonal assistant, many kittens will be available for adoption. Just ask the local shelter representative assisting with your kitten delivery.

Demand will be high as many will want to test the kittens’ snuggle skills, so your patience is appreciated. If you can’t get a visit from #UberKITTENS today, visit the adoptable kittens in person at Seattle Humane.

Please consider contributing a little extra to the kitty when ordering your UberKITTENS. Shelter reps will be ready to collect on-site donations as well!

We hope you have a paws-itively wonderful day!

Team Uber Seattle Seattle Humane

The fine (paw) print:

  • Most shelters prefer deliveries to offices only.
  • Adoptions must happen at Seattle Humane. The participating kittens will be available for adoption after 4pm at the shelter. On Thursday, the shelter is open until 8pm!
