Meet Theodore, Dallas/Fort Worth’s Six Star Award Winner
All throughout the world, driver-partners go above and beyond to provide a first-class experience for our riders. We’ve learned that sometimes it takes more than five stars to properly thank them. The Sixth Star Award was created to recognize the very best driver-partners. That being said, we’d like for you to meet Dallas’ very own Sixth Star Award Winner, Theodore. As far north as Canada, all the way to the southern tip of Texas, Theodore has managed to maintain the highest quality rating amongst all driver-partners in the Central Region, and we’re lucky he calls Dallas home.
Theodore has the highest quality rating out of all driver-partners in the Central Region
Theodore had recently retired from his career in food service product marketing and was looking for something to fill his time when his daughter first suggested he could drive on the Uber platform in 2013. Though he eventually adjusted to driving part-time so that he could pursue a part-time career doing auto insurance claims work, Theodore has completed more than 2,300 trips and achieved a 4.92 rating – the highest for the central US region. For Theodore, winning the Sixth Star award was gratifying because he aspires to provide excellent customer service every time someone enters his car.” What sets me apart as an Uber driver is that I know that customer service is not lip service — it’s about making the person feel like they are the most important person in my car on that particular day,” he said.
