This year, we’ll deliver hundreds of millions of rides, and plan to create one million jobs in the process. Simply put, Uber will become an integral part of the transportation infrastructure of every city around the world.
We need to hire more super-intelligent and motivated people to help make this vision a reality.
Our team will send you a short and sweet version of one of our hiring tests if you’re selected. If you’d prefer not to participate in this expedited process, no worries. Feel free to apply through the normal channels here.
We’ll invite selected candidates to an exclusive happy hour with the full team during the week of March 15th.

Education Cornell University – B.S. Industrial and Labor Relations
Work History Ducker Worldwide – Market Analyst
Describe Your Current Role Working behind the scenes to keep the Uber experience magical. This means understanding transportation patterns so partners know where riders are to be at what time.
Favorite Project Launching Uber in new markets and rolling out new products is always exciting. You really feel a sense of ownership after bringing something to fruition and watching it grow over time. It’s really great to see so much #uberlove from both riders and partners.
3 of my High School Track teammates are now playing in the NFL.
Education Miami University – Undergrad in International Business and Masters in Accounting
Work History Before Uber, I worked at Deloitte as an Audit Senior Assistant.
Describe Your Current Role I currently manage operations and logistics for the Columbus and Toledo markets. This role drives growth through the optimization of our growing number of partner drivers and directly correlates to continually improving the rider experience.
Favorite Project I have launched Uber in 5 different cities across the United States. Each city has brought valuable experience and I am extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to help bring Uber to the masses.
Fun Fact I once had lunch with the Dalai Lama and didn’t have to take off my shoes.
Work History Abercrombie & Fitch – Associate Merchant
GSW Advertising – Director of Social Media Resource/Ammirati – Associate Director of Social Strategy
Describe Your Current Role I have the pleasure of introducing the citizens of Columbus to the magic that is Uber! I enjoy working with local business and influencers in this great city to form partnerships that will benefit us both! I also have a ton of fun interacting with Columbus’ Uber enthusiasts and thinking of the next big idea that will deliver great results for our business!
Favorite Project My time on the team since November has gone by so quickly and I have already done so many things that I am proud of but my most favorite project has been our partnership with the Columbus Winter Beerfest. The upfront work was intense but interacting with fans and new users at the Beerfest was a lot of fun and the immediate impact that was seen from this effort provided instant gratification!
Fun Fact Not many people know it but, until recently, Eric Clapton owned the house 2 doors down from my childhood home in Central Ohio!
Education The Ohio State University – Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology
Work History Back in the days of 2013 I was a University Ambassador (fancy name for tour guide) and ran the only musical theatre student org at OSU for two years. Post-grad, I worked for a short time at BMW Financial Services before I joined the Uber Columbus office. In my spare time I wrote a column for livecbus.com, dined my way around Columbus and gained Yelp Elite status, dabbled in performing, and developed and ran the Twitter handle for Speak Easy Columbus.
Describe Your Current Role No two days look exactly the same as a marketing manager at Uber and that’s what I love about it. We’re extremely autonomous in what our schedules and approaches look like. On any given day I may be sending outreach emails, jumping on a call with a partner, video chatting other Marketing Managers across the company, submitting a design request, driving up to Cleveland for a networking event, ordering promotional materials, and planning what I’m going to eat for dinner while I’m eating my lunch.
Favorite Project As the Cleveland/Akron marketing manager, some of my favorite moments have been delivering puppies and ice cream to the locals, meeting amazing Northeast Ohioans, and getting to witness the amazement of so many people after their first Uber ride. I’ve loved getting to know the ins and outs of the city and learning more and more each time I’m in town.
Fun Fact I’ve been on the MTV show, MADE, twice.
I have a fraternal twin sister
I’m left-handed (is that fun)?
I never had a nickname, even though I always really wanted one, until I joined Uber. Now I have a few!

A little over a year ago, we set out to put a new spin on an old classic–make reliable food delivery available at the tap of a button. Back then, we started by offering food in the UberEATS app from 1,000 pioneering restaurant partners in four cities. And today, more than 40,000 restaurants globally–from poke shops to pasta spots–are sharing food with customers through UberEATS. With a growing restaurant community comes more choices and more complexity. So we’re cooking up features to continue to make UberEATS easy and reliable. Here is a taste–
