We’re Partnering with TransLoc to Help You Get Around the Triangle

The distance to or from a transit stop is one of the primary reasons people avoid public transportation altogether. It’s known as the first mile/last mile problem, and Uber is becoming part of the solution. That’s why we’re excited to announce our partnership with TransLoc and GoTriangle to make your daily travel more convenient than ever.

The pilot program, launching March 3, will integrate Uber into TransLoc’s app in Raleigh-Durham to create a personalized journey to get you to your destination with a combination of public transit and Uber. TransLoc’s app can even request an Uber ride for you, making it easier than ever to get around the Triangle. We hope this pilot program will provide reliable access to transit stations and stops in the Triangle, giving residents more options to use public transportation.

Visit TransLoc’s website to learn more about the partnership and to get information about Thursday’s launch event and how you can become a beta tester for the new integration.
