#UberMVP Rider Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

Sweepstakes Name: #UberMVP Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes Period: March 2, 2017 at 3:00 pm local time until March 31, 2017 at 11:59 pm local time.

Winners Announced:. A Winner will be chosen at drawings which will each take place at least two (2) business days prior to the following dates during the Sweepstakes Period: March 14th, March 16th, March 19th, March 21st, March 25th March 26th, and April 4th.

Age/Location Requirements: 21 years or older in New Jersey

Method of Entry: You must enter by either:  (1) completing an Uber ride during the Sweepstakes Period and leaving a comment for your Driver Partner in the Driver Partner rating screen within the Uber App. Such comment must include #UberMVP, or (2) utilizing mail as an alternate means of entry, without obligation, by hand writing your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and the name of the Sweepstakes (“#UberMVP Sweepstakes”) on a 4”x6” card and mail to: Uber Technologies, Inc., Uber NYC Offices 636 West 28th Street, Floor 3 New York, NY 10001 (Attn: Katie Dunn). Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before the final day of the Sweepstakes Period and received on or before the last day of the Sweepstakes Period. Regardless of the method of entry, there may only be 10 valid entries per person.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: Seven (7) individuals will win tickets for two (2) people to a New Jersey Devils home game between March 14th and April 28th. The approximate retail value of the prizes is $500.

How Winner is Selected: Winners will be selected by random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period at the time of each drawing.
