We’re continuing on the #UberEverywhere journey, and our next stop is beautiful Beantown!
Our amazing riders include celebrity chef and Top Chef winner, Kristen Kish, and legendary Red Sox pitcher, Clay Buchholz. Speaking of the Red Sox, if Bostonians love one thing, it’s sports. That’s why you’ll find Uber Boston at every Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, and Patriots game – we even have a special football view for on-demand SUV rides to the stadium!
UBERING AROUND BOSTON
Whether you’re headed to Fenway to take in a game, or to Harvard Yard to soak up some knowledge, Uber’s got you covered. We pulled out our phone and requested a Black Car to show you some of our favorite spots in Boston!
BOSTON TOP 5
The past two years have been incredible, and we couldn’t feel more lucky to be a part of the Boston community. The Boston community team (featured below) chose some of our favorite spots in the Hub – let us know where and what YOU love to do in Boston!
The first public botanical garden in America, the Boston Public Garden is beautiful no matter what time of year. Strolling through the Garden, you’re guaranteed to see families playing, friends hanging out, more cute dogs than you could ever hope for, and of course, Swan Boats gliding around the lake. The Victorian influence on design is inescapable, and incorporates such a charm that you can’t help but smile as you enjoy the Garden.
This brand new gem of a restaurant is nestled in the ever-hip suburbs of Brookline and boasts small plates so delicious you’ll be thinking about them long after you’ve finished your meal. The first solo project of chef Tim Maslow, who studied under David Chang at the fabulous Momofuku, Ribelle has a laid-back vibe to go with its innovative cuisine.
One of the most-loved institutions in Boston by art enthusiasts, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in the Fenway neighborhood is one of the more beautiful buildings in the city. Built to evoke a 15th-century Venetian palace, the museum has three floors of galleries that surround a garden courtyard that changes with the season. Don’t miss Third Thursdays at the museum, an after-hours evening with cocktails and music.
4- B&G Oysters
Tucked into an unassuming street corner of Boston’s South End, B&G Oysters is an institution in Boston for delicious and creative seafood. Another fantastic restaurant lead by Boston mega-chef, Barbara Lynch, expect to need a reservation to nestle into this cozy restaurant. Trust us, it’s worth it.
We’re moving over to Cambridge for our last spot, and this joint in Harvard Square is perfect for brunch or a cocktail. The rooftop deck offers amazing vistas of the Charles River, so as you enjoy your food, you can watch the sailing, crew, and Boston skyline.
