Everyday, someone needs blood. Since blood cannot be manufactured outside the body, donors play a vital role in the health of our region. About 200 blood donors are needed every day to help meet the needs of Hawaii’s patients. So we’re providing free uberX rides (up to $20) to and from the Blood Bank of Hawaii donor centers on Monday & Tuesday between 9a-4p!

HOW TO DONATE BLOOD AND GET A FREE RIDE

  1. Make an appointment to give blood for Monday(6/15) or Tuesday(6/16) with the Blood Bank of Hawaii here or by calling (808) 845-9966.
  2. Enter your donor center promo code (see below)
  3. Take an uberX ride between 9a-4p on your appointment date to and from the Blood Bank of Hawaii Dillingham or Young St. location and don’t forget to indicate you are an Uber blood donor when checking in!
  4. Your rides will be free (up to $20)!
