Help Uber Celebrate #CapeDayATL

Some superheroes battle scary villains, but the superheroes of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta fight something much scarier — accidents and illnesses that create challenges most of us could never imagine.

To support ATL’s superhero patients, today, between 11am – 2pm, you can request your very own superhero cape within the app and join Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s citywide celebration of #CAPEDAYATL.

For each cape delivered, Uber ATL will make a donation to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Hudson Email

Meet Super Hudson, she faces her diagnoses of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia by channeling the power and inspiration of her favorite superheroes each and every day. When she puts on the blue cape with a red super H logo that a family friend made for her, she becomes Super Hudson. Like her heroes, Super Hudson also had a faithful sidekick while staying at the Aflac Cancer Center. She named her IV pole—her constant companion in the hospital—Super Bernie and gave him his own red superhero cape. Today, we celebrate Hudson and the countless other superhero patients across Atlanta who are fighting illnesses each and every day.
