Where can we typically find you on your day off?
On my days off I try to get as much done as possible. I’ma bit of a workaholic so I typically get 1 day off where I run whatever errands I have. I try to get them done early so I can relax at home for a few hours, then I’ll rally up some friends to go out to dinner or depending on the night check out some bars.

What are your top three Miami go-to spots?

  • The Regent Cocktail Club at the backside of the Gale Hotel, this is my favorite spot to grab a drink after work. This classy bar features live music every day and makes some of the best cocktails in Miami. Not to mention home to some of the best bartenders. I really enjoy going there as often as I can, also its located right above The Rec Room witch is where I would go after so it’s perfect.
  • Blackbird Ordinary, this has been one of my favorite spots to hang out at for years. They have something for everyone, board games, good music thats always changing depending on the night, beautiful outside area and cool inside, a pool table and awesome cocktail program. Wether you want a shot and a beer or a tasty libation this bar has it all. Best nights are Tuesday for ladies night, and Friday and Saturday after 1am, anytime before its to packed and unpleasant.
  • Lure Fishbar, even though I work here i just can’t find a place that can provide a dinning experience like Lure. The vast menu featuring raw bar, sushi rolls, sashimi, fresh seafood and even something for the meat lovers with our fantastic beef tenderloin and award winning Bash Burger. Lure fish bar is a one-stop shop. With the best service in Miami, quality food and the best restaurant bar program in Florida. They have so many rare spirits behind that bar, there’s something new for every one to try. The cocktails are all fresh and innovative; they even have a seasonal insert with new cocktails every now and then. Just tell the bartender what you like and they will craft something special just for you.

What’s your favorite music venue in Miami?
Ball & Chain in Little Havana is a new venue with a lot of History. This bar has Live Jazz every Thursday-Saturday starting around 6-9pm then they switch over to another live performance. And on Saturdays is their Pachanga a Latin inspired party with live Latin music, the crowd goes wild as all the men and women dance the night away, better learn some salsa moves if you plan to attend Saturday nights.

How long have you been using Uber?
I have been using Uber since day one. What would I do without it. The first day it was available here in Miami I downloaded the app and started Ubering away.

What’s the most common Uber trip you take?
The most common trip is from my house to work, sometimes I go out after work and don’t like to drive home after drinking so Ill leave my car on the beach and the next day Uber to work. Also works the other way I’ll Uber home the night before.

Where can we typically find you on your day off?
I’m a huge beach bum, so most likely you can find me sipping an awesome local beer on the beach next to North Shore Park. If I’m not there, I’m probably bouncing around Miami exploring the different neighborhoods and stuffing my face with the local fare.

What are your top three Miami go-to spots?
Oooo that’s a tough one, but here it goes:

  • Sazon Cuban Cuisine – the first Cuban food I ever had in Miami. Let’s just say that Cuban sandwiches have become a staple in my diet.
  • Wynwood Walls – I’ve been there probably two dozen times and I still get blown away by the art. It’s a symbol of the creativity, inspiration, and energy of Wynwood.
  • The Broken Shaker – Peanut Butter and Jelly Old Fashioneds…nuff said.

What’s your favorite music venue in Miami?
Definitely Lagniappe in Midtown. Amazing local bands in a really chill atmosphere. You can just sit back, relax, and take it all in.

How long have you been using Uber?
I started using it out in LA over the spring and was so pumped to hear it was coming to Miami! Great service, great people. Actually, last week I had a half hour conversation about local pizza with the driver! You don’t get that in a regular cab ride.

What’s the most common Uber trip you take?
From my place to South Beach. Parking down there can be a nightmare and sometimes it’s tough getting a cab late night. Uber solves both those problems.

Where can we typically find you on your day off?
The Standard Hotel. I like to get away from the craziness on my day off, to me, there’s nothing better than sitting outside, grabbing a glass of champagne and hanging with my friends.

What are your top three Miami go-to spots?
I love Pubbelly, I think the guys over there do an awesome job, it’s a great place to grab a drink and have awesome food with friends.   The SLS is one of my favorites too, I have some friends that work at the Bazaar so we like to hang out at Hyde Beach Club, it’s impossible to have a bad time there.  When I’m feeling something more low key I like to hit up the Setai, good vibes, good drinks but a little more private.

What’s your favorite music venue in the Bay Area?
The Filmore

How long have you been using Uber?
Well I’ve been “Uber-ing” probably about a year now. I’m so glad we have it in Miami now, I use it while I’m on business in San Francisco, too. I really prefer it to cabs, especially since it’s more personable, quick, and always reliable.

What’s the most common Uber trip you take?
Hopping from one tiki bar to next.
