Keep Uber in Hillsborough County

The Hillsborough County Public Transportation Commission (PTC) is considering a special interest-backed proposal to push ridesharing companies like Uber out of Hillsborough County.

Uber offers safe, reliable and affordable transportation options to thousands of Tampa residents. If this extreme proposal passes, it will put at risk a popular service that reduces drunk-driving related crashes and provides economic opportunities for local entrepreneurs.

The PTC Rules & Policy Committee meet on Tuesday, September 6 to consider the proposed rules. Please let the PTC Board Members know what Uber means to you.
