BBQ and Chill with Zach Deputy | Wynwood Yard

When: 3 pm, July 3

Why: You can start celebrating the holiday a day early with Zach Deputy, one man band. Performing with his bass, drums and guitar, he describes his music as “island-infused drum ‘n’ bass gospel ninja soul.”  

America’s Birthday Bash | Bayfront Park

When: 10 am – 9 pm, July 4

Why: There’s something to do for everyone at this annual bash – free yoga, a kids’ zone, live music, and delicious food. The Birthday Bash ends with “Miami’s biggest and best” fireworks show.

Why: If you want something to do with the family, take a ride over to Key Biscayne to watch their 56th annual 4th of July Parade.

Why: There’s a hotdog eating contest, free live music, face painting, and did we mention a hotdog eating contest?  

Fire on the Fourth | Miami Beach

When: 9 am – 9pm, July 4

Why: This day long celebration kicks off with free Green Monkey Yoga on the beach. Family Stone, DJs and Grand Funk Railroad will be performing throughout the day and a fireworks show will start at 9 pm.

When: 12 pm Monday, July 4

Why: If you want to spend the 4th of July on the beach and love dancing, then this beach party is just for you. It’s basically one day-long dance party. There will be a brief break from dancing around 9 for fireworks.
