Between October 2015 and January 2016, one winner will be randomly selected at the end of every month. Each winner will receive a $1,500 gift card to use at their local DC metro area Jiffy Lube location.
Sweepstakes Name: Free Jiffy Lube for a Year
Sweepstakes Period: 10/1/15 through 1/31/16.
Winners Announced: Uber will announce the winner on or around the last day of every month during the Sweepstakes Period.
Age Requirements: In order to enter the Sweepstakes, you must be 21 years old or older and have a driver-partner account with Uber in good standing.
Method of Entry: You can enter the Sweepstakes by one of two methods. (1) You will receive one (1) Entry for every twenty-five (25) driver trips you complete as a driver-partner with Uber in the Washington, DC area per month; or (2) You will receive one (1) Entry by hand writing your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and the name of the Sweepstakes on a 4”x6” card and mail to: Uber Technologies, Inc., 1875 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington D.C, 20009. Attn: Free Jiffy Lube for a Year Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before the final day of the Sweepstakes Period and received on or before the last day of the Sweepstakes Period. REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF ENTRY, YOU MAY ONLY SUBMIT SIXTEEN (16) ENTRIES PER MONTH.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: Each winner will receive a Jiffy Lube gift certificate valid for $1,500.
How Winner is Selected: The winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible Entries.
