Uber & CrowdCompass Make Moving Event Attendees Easier
Providing transportation is often an expensive logistical pain point for event organizers. To help tackle this event planning challenge, we’re excited to announce an integration in all CrowdCompass apps. Crowdcompass by Cvent is a leading developer of mobile event and conference apps. With their headquarters in Virginia, we’re excited to work hand-in-hand improving local business.
Now, the integration within the home screen of all CrowdCompass apps allows event organizers the ability to easily offer Uber as a transportation option for their attendees. Given our availability in over 360 and 38 countries, and over 1.8M total CrowdCompass app downloads, the integration is available all over the world.
SIMPLIFYING THE EVENT PROCESS WITH CROWDCOMPASS
Everything is now contained within the CrowdCompass app and is simple for attendees to use. There’s no need to click out of the app.
“Mobile apps are increasingly becoming a critical component to delivering the digital event experiences that today’s meeting and event attendees expect. Event attendees rely on their mobile devices to simplify all aspects of their event experience, including getting to and from easily. Our goal is to have the CrowdCompass mobile app facilitate those interactions as often as possible and this integration Uber will take events to the next level.”
-Andy Rosic, Director of Product Management at CrowdCompass by Cvent
“We always want to make getting around easy as possible especially during large events when transportation can be challenging. Thanks to this integration, now every developer that uses CrowdCompass can quickly incorporate Uber into their mobile app experience and make getting a ride for their attendees as seamless as possible.”
