Mason Dixie’s Pimento Cheese

Ingredients:
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 4-oz jar pimentos, drained and finely diced
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Mix the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and pimento in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container until ready to serve.
