The annual Taste of Arlington food festival in Ballston will be back for 2015 on Sunday, May 17. Last year, the festival drew a record 40,000 attendees! This year is expected to be even bigger with new additions like Kapnos Taverna, Pizza Vinoteca, 24 breweries, and entertainment by White Ford Bronco, among others. Wine with a View | Mount Vernon

George Washington loved wine, who could blame him? The Spring Wine Festival celebrates Virginia’s wine culture with a tasting event on the lawn of George’s home at Mount Vernon. Around the World | Chef Challenge

A dozen embassy chefs will present signature dishes for tasting and competitions. This year’s event will be at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.
