Save UberDenver – Rally on Monday!
Help us save Uber in Colorado – RSVP to the rally Monday night!
This Monday, UberDenver and Uber CEO Travis Kalanick are hosting a rally at Galvanize after the Colorado Public Utilities Commission holds a public hearing on proposed rules changes that could shut UberDenver down.
Many of you may have heard about these destructive rules changes and, rest assured, the PUC has heard your voice through thousands of petition signatures, emails, tweets, and Facebook posts. Team UberDenver can’t thank you all enough for the outpouring of #UberDenverLove you’ve shown us.
However, despite Coloradans’ overwhelming support for Uber’s transportation innovation, the Colorado PUC is still considering measures that are not designed to promote safety, nor intended to improve your quality of life here in the Mile High City. These proposed regulations are designed to protect a Taxi industry that hasn’t been responsive to your needs, and to prevent reliable, efficient and high quality transportation – in other words, their aim is to shut down Uber.
Our work isn’t done yet! We need you to show Colorado regulators that you want Uber in Denver. Come to the rally on Monday!
Join us after the hearing Monday the 11th from 6 to 9pm @ Galvanize, 1062 Delaware St, Denver, CO. We’ll have complimentary refreshments, a live DJ, and a special jam session with Uber CEO Travis Kalanick.
Now is the time to show your #UberDenverLove. Together, we’ll keep quality
transportation options alive for Denverites and ensure that Colorado is a place that welcomes innovation and small business growth.

A little over a year ago, we set out to put a new spin on an old classic–make reliable food delivery available at the tap of a button. Back then, we started by offering food in the UberEATS app from 1,000 pioneering restaurant partners in four cities. And today, more than 40,000 restaurants globally–from poke shops to pasta spots–are sharing food with customers through UberEATS. With a growing restaurant community comes more choices and more complexity. So we’re cooking up features to continue to make UberEATS easy and reliable. Here is a taste–
