Run with Nike. Ride with Uber.
Whether you’re running 13.1 or 26.2, you shouldn’t worry about how you’re getting home, back to your hotel or to the airport. Leave that to Uber.
Uber is an on-demand transportation app that lets you request a ride directly through your smartphone. Within minutes you’ll receive a curbside pickup from your own private driver, ready to take you wherever you need to go.
Nike Women’s Marathon & Uber are giving you the opportunity to win a variety of prizes on race weekend. The more you ride Uber and the more you train with Nike+, the higher your chances of winning! We’re giving away free Uber rides from the finish, goodie bags filled with gifts from Nike Women’s Marathon 2013 participating partners and the chance to buy exclusive Nike products.
How to play:
1. Click here to sign up for Uber and download the app, or click here to sign into your existing account. The promo code, WERUNSF13, should be applied automatically. You can always verify this by heading over to the “Promotions” tab in your account.
2. Take Uber as much as possible between now and October 6. Every time you ride, you’ll be one step closer to winning exclusive products from Nike and other participating partners.
3. Train with Nike+ to increase your chances of winning. Map your runs, track your progress, and get the motivation you need.
4. Hydrate, stretch, get a good night’s sleep — you know the drill.
Ideally, we’d ride along with you the entire way, mega-phoning words of encouragement, jamming out to your favorite pump-up playlist and offering you water at every mile mark. Unfortunately they won’t give race bibs to cars, so…
We’ll see you at the finish line!

Whether you’re a freshman or a senior headed back to campus this fall, one thing is certain—you’ll need to eat. And there is nothing worse than being limited to questionable cafeteria food or taking a chance on expired leftovers in the back of the fridge. The best news? UberEATS is expanding to 30+ major college campuses by the end of the year, from Penn State to LSU to Boise State. Since we want you to focus on what you love about college and not worry about your next meal, we’re predicting the 5 times you’ll need to order UberEATS this semester.
We are excited to surpass the 100th city mark by welcoming two Brazilian cities, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte, to the UberEATS family.
