Uber + MADD: A Big Way To Give Back During the Big Game

With the big game just hours away, USC and Notre Dame fans are gearing up for a Saturday filled with fun, football and good ol’ fashioned trash talk.

Whether you’re sporting trojan red or irish gold for this year’s game, Uber and MADD are teaming up to give long-time rivals something everyone can rally behind: safe, convenient rides.

As part of our commitment to better communities, Uber will donate $1 of every ride taken on Game Day, Saturday, November 29, that either starts or ends within three miles of the LA Coliseum to support MADD’s efforts to combat drunk driving.

So, whether you need a ride from Downtown or the Westside, with Uber you can rest assured that you can get there with just a tap of a button. That’s how we’re helping to cut drunk driving rates by 10% in Seattle, and we’re proud to partner with MADD in making the Los Angeles area a safer place, too.

  • Keep the car at home and use Uber! We’ll donate $1 to MADD for each ride that either starts or ends within three miles of the LA Coliseum.
  • Spread the word and tell your friends about our partnership. (Don’t forget—if you ride with friends, fare splitting = fair splitting.)

We’re smart enough to not play favorites. So instead of choosing sides on Saturday, we’re partnering with MADD to give everyone something to brag about, regardless of who takes home the win.

Have fun, ride safe, and go…..Team!
