The Weekend Guide: September Edition
And we’re back with another #UberApproved list for the weekend. Here are our top 3 events:
LA Greek Fest: If delicious food and wine is what you’re after, then look no further. This 3 day festival has authentic Greek food and wine that you can’t find just any day. Admission is only $5 and the menu looks unreal. We can’t wait to try out the Tiropita and Octopodi!
4th Annual OC Brew Ha Ha: Beer more your scene? Head on over to the OC Brew Ha Ha. With a name like that, what’s not to love. There are over 70 top breweries, take home glassware and BBQ. To sweeten the deal, off-duty Firefighters will be the official pourers of the weekend with proceeds going to the Fallen Fire Fighters Relief Fund.
Rock the Bells: This weekend you’ll see Kid Cudi, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Tech N9ne, Wu Tang Clan, E-40 and Too Short, Girl Talk, just to name a few. We’ve got a booth equipped with Uber beach balls and other fun swag to help you party in style at the festival this weekend.
We’re excited to expand the Uber for Business platform beyond business travel, to include a world-class customer transportation solution, Uber Central. With Uber Central, organizations of all shapes and sizes can now easily provide on-demand, door-to-door transportation for their customers, clients, and guests.
A little over a year ago, we set out to put a new spin on an old classic–make reliable food delivery available at the tap of a button. And today, more than 40,000 restaurants globally–from poke shops to pasta spots–are sharing food with customers through UberEATS. With a growing restaurant community comes more choices and more complexity. So we’re cooking up features to continue to make UberEATS easy and reliable. Here is a taste–
This flu season, we’re delivering free flu-fighting care packages across the country. When you receive a pack, you’ll have the option to request a free flu shot from a registered nurse–for up to 5 people.
