How did you get your start in the restaurant industry?
By accident. As an immigrant from Mexico, restaurants were the only option for me.

If you could eat one thing off your menu for the rest of your life what would it be?
The fish tacos!

What excites you about the food in San Francisco right now?
Freshness and simplicity.

Where can we find you on your day off?
Exercising and learning more about food.

Everything’s made in house. I love every person who works in it. And consistency.
