Getting SF Ready to Go Back to School
Local nonprofit Mo’MAGIC has been working to get San Francisco students ready for back-to-school season, and the Uber San Francisco team had the opportunity to help out.
We joined Mo’MAGIC staff stuffing backpacks with school supplies at the Ella Hill Hutch Community Center. Those bags went out to local students in the Western Addition community, setting them up for success this school year.
Mo’MAGIC was founded in 2004 by the SF Public Defender’s Office to transform San Francisco communities and youth through collaboration. Along with social and educational development programs, the organization works to create leadership and career opportunities for youth.

With a growing restaurant community comes more choices and more complexity. So we’re cooking up features to continue to make UberEATS easy and reliable. Here is a taste–
This flu season, we’re delivering free flu-fighting care packages across the country. When you receive a pack, you’ll have the option to request a free flu shot from a registered nurse–for up to 5 people.
