Cruise Control with Miami Horror at Splash House

Splash House is returning with a vengeance to Palm Springs this weekend, and we teamed up with our favorite Aussie psychedelic rockers, Miami Horror, to put together a playlist to help you kick off those pool party vibes. Turn up the volume on your speakers and read on to see why Miami Horror hand-picked each of the tracks below!

1. Caribou – Can’t Do Without You: Super strong emotion in such a simple track.

2. Chromatics – Cherry: Really dig the production/sound and class of this track.

3. Seekae – Test & Recognise (Flume Re-work): Great chords and rawness — sounds huge, and if we were making some form of ‘house’ music, I think this is what it would sound like.

4. Nicky Nightime – Everybody: Big classic piano house tune by a friend of ours.

5. Jax Jones – Go Deep: This track brings together a lot of elements that everybody is trying to do, done really well.

6. Movement – Us: A really good Australian group that everyone needs to be aware of.

7. Chrome Sparks – Losing U: No description necessary – the tune really speaks for itself.

8. Chet Faker – 1998: Really like the production on this from Chet, although his latest album is really amazing the whole way through.

9. Total Control – Flesh War: Love the synth and vocals — glad somebody is bringing this sound back!
