Senior Marketing Manager

Arizona State University – Communications

Work History
Corporate Accounts Executive at GoDaddy. I worked with our marketing partners, celebrities, and high profile customers on a daily basis.

Describe Your Current Role
I lead a team of marketing managers that get to take our craziest ideas and make them a reality. On any given day, you’ll find me helping my team build relationships that grow Uber. We work with awesome brands to develop and execute extremely unique integrated marketing campaigns, and my task is to grow my teams skills in order to keep Uber awesome!

What’s Your Favorite Project?
UberTRANSFORMERS. You heard that right, Transformers on demand. Actually it was just Optimus Prime, but it was still pretty damn cool. We ran this promotion with Paramount in Dallas, Phoenix and Los Angeles where you would get to ride around inside the actual Optimus Prime from Age of ExtinctionBONUS: I was helping launch Uber in Albuquerque, New Mexico with my team when the idea was presented to me.

Fun Fact
I often play music in a band called Bears Of Manitou.

Operations & Logistics Manager

Lehigh University, MBA – Corporate Entrepreneurship Concentration
Lehigh University, B.S. – Business & Economics and Minor in Entrepreneurship

Work History
Co-Founder & COO at Gigawatt. I started my own crowdfunding company and developed the operating process for “Blitz Fundraising” that we used to help colleges raise over $150K in 24 hours! My startup was accelerated and funded by the Boost VC Accelerator and was also a TechStars Austin Finalist. Previously I was a Project Consultant for Nestle Waters & Amtrak and an Assurance Services Senior at Ernst & Young.

Describe Your Current Role
I build “new supply” in Arizona and New Mexico. I help new driver partners get through the entire application process, from their background check to their first trip. I oversee funnel conversion for every major city on the West Coast, so you will find me working hard every day with our city teams from Seattle to San Diego, building new processes to get more driver-partners on the road.

Favorite Project
Launching Flagstaff. Bringing Uber to a new city was a dream of mine, and I got the opportunity in my first 3 months on the job to launch Uber in Arizona’s third city. In just a few days I onboarded Flagstaff’s first set of driver-partners and Uber Arizona’s first Tesla! We also hosted Uber’s first ever “launch crawl” with local bars and restaurants to celebrate Uber’s arrival.

Fun Fact
I’ve performed on an improv comedy troupe.

Marketing Manager

University of Arizona, BA – City Planning / Minor – Business Administration and Marketing

Work History
Marketing and Sales Director at P.B. Bell // Marketing and Social Media Coordinator for the Phoenix New Times, Village Voice Media

Describe Your Current Role
I find unique ways to partner with all brands and organizations big or small. You’ll find me hustling from meeting to meeting creating relationships and growing Uber for Arizona and New Mexico. My job is to make sure that every person in the Southwest knows about the amazing technology Uber offers.

Favorite Project
UberLUNCH: we partnered with No Kid Hungry last December and raised enough money to donate #5Million Meals! We partnered with local hot spot LGO to bring lunch on demand to Phoenix. It was amazing to deliver meals to Phoenicians in less than 10 minutes, knowing each meal would help feed a child in need.

Fun Fact
I can salsa dance with the best of them.

Community Operations Manager

Miami University (Ohio) – B.S. in Business, Accounting; Minor in Management Information Systems

Work History
Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young. I was part of the Performance Improvement group focused on helping companies streamline processes and realize cost savings across their finance operations. During this time I racked up the frequent flyer miles and had the opportunity to work extensively in Tokyo, London, and Germany.

Describe Your Current Role
As a Community Operations Manager, I’m focused on building a high quality and scalable support operation at a place that’s changing constantly! I manage an in-person support team, and most importantly – I get to be a passionate advocate for our community of riders and partners, answering any questions that come my way.

Favorite Project
The past few months I’ve been focused on growing a new customer support team in the Phoenix area, and it’s been amazing! My favorite part is seeing the development of my team members from Day 1 of training to now being Uber Support pros.

Fun Fact
My first interview with Uber was a 15 min SUV ride, via #OnDemandJobs.

Arizona and New Mexico General Manager

Arizona State University – BS Marketing

Work History
Product Development Associate at telecommunications company, Global Crossing // Director of Venture Services at startup technology consulting firm, Tallwave // Just celebrated second year at Uber!

Describe Your Current Role
As the GM for Uber Arizona and New Mexico, I oversee day to day operations and management of all AZ and NM operations. From P&L ownership to talent development to regulatory and legislative battles, I support my team to keep growing Uber operations!

Favorite Project
I get to roll up my sleeves everyday to educate policy makers, government officials and the general public on why Arizona and New Mexico needs Uber. The result? Getting to stand by Governor Ducey as he signed ridesharing legislation into law to create a permanent home for ridesharing in Arizona…that’s pretty cool!

Fun Fact
My favorite food is chicken wings and I am on a continuous hunt for the best wings in AZ! Suggestions?
