Uber for Business is Hiring!

Since our launch in July 2014, we’ve seen tremendous Uber for Business growth including thousands of businesses already enrolling and taking trips. This has made U4B one of the fastest growing initiatives in company history.

The mission of Uber for Business is to bring the safe, reliable rides that folks use everyday for consumer travel, to the enterprise. We’re building a product offering that will meet every business need, including solutions for business travel, safe rides during off hours, rides home from events, and even working on changing the way that people conduct their daily commute.

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be expanding our efforts and are looking to bring on our first external hires to help us build Uber’s new sales organization.

Sales Ops Manager

You’ll build the global strategy for how Uber markets and sells into businesses of all sizes while also driving the deployment of internal systems to boost productivity including a CRM software. The ideal candidate is a self starter that possesses exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with experience in different sales functions such as operations or management. This role requires a mixture of business acumen and technical expertise.

Executive Strategy Account Executive

With this role, you’ll have the opportunity to join a small team that has the ability to make a big impact. We need creative thinkers and builders with previous sales and business development experience who are passionate about developing a new kind of sales organization at Uber. You’ll be on the frontlines introducing businesses to Uber while developing and testing new strategies around sales and marketing. The right candidate will have a passion for Uber, and will develop a global strategy for how we sell and market to large corporations across every industry.

As a Product Marketing Manager you will envision and execute on a growth and go-to-market strategy for Uber for Business. You will drive highly impactful growth programs to boost user acquisition, funnel conversion, user engagement, and lifetime value. You will craft effective launch plans including messaging and pitch. Your performance will be measured by the growth of your product, and your ability to work closely with and enhance the productivity of a high-performing cross-functional team that includes counterparts in Design, Engineering, Business Development, and Operations.
