It’s summer’s last splash!

Four hacks to help you relax

Say it isn’t so: We’ve sunned-and-funned our way to another “official” end of summer. We have to make the last long weekend of the season count—for example, no sweating, unless it’s during a volleyball game. Here are a few ways UberEATS can keep you focused on long days, warm breezes and free time while we still have them.

BBQ or don’t

We made this point at the beginning of summer on Memorial Day, but it bears repeating at the other end of the season: Don’t get stuck in front of a grill on the last big summer weekend of the year. You can simply grill your mains and let UberEATS deliver sides and desserts, or you can take the weekend off completely and order ribs, burgers, tacos and more for your backyard get-together.

Road trip & room service

It’s the perfect time to get out of town and see summer’s finery from the road. The mountains, sleepy beach towns or bustling cities are all ideal destinations. Throw a dart at a map and get in the car. Once you get tired of car snacks and need a rest for the night, find a hotel or motel and put up your feet. Since UberEATS can deliver almost anywhere, you can order something you love for dinner right to your room.

Poolside everything

If you have the means to get into a pool on Friday afternoon and stay there until Monday evening, we say do it. Get your floaties, your friends and your music and order snacks to be delivered poolside. There’s nothing like a swim-up snack bar.

Stay and play after dark

Soak up that summer sun and then…enjoy the hot summer nights. If your fun extends past sunset, don’t worry. Nothing says summer like staying up late and having a yummy snack whenever the mood strikes. Remember: UberEATS delivers late night, too.

UberEATS is available in 75+ cities–so we’re likely to be in yours. Open your UberEATS app now or visit our website and enjoy an easy weekend.
