Start Driving with Uber: How to Submit Your Driving Record
If you applied to partner with Uber and recently moved states or had a new license issued, we will need a copy of your one -year’s driving record* in order to complete your application. You can retrieve your record in three easy steps.
Step 1: Get Your Driving Record
Get a copy of your Motor Vehicle Record by doing one of the following:
(A) Take a picture of an old driver’s license
(B) Go in-person to your state’s Motor Vehicle Agency and ask for a copy
(C) Some states allow you to submit a request online. See specific requirements for your state and tips for obtaining your Motor Vehicle Record by clicking the appropriate link below.
Step 2: Submit Your Driving Record
Email a picture of your driving record to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your name, phone number, and email address in the body of the email. If you have questions about this process please contact Checkr at 844-824-3257.
Step 3: Check Your Application Status
If you do not get an update on your background check within three (3) business days please email email@example.com and a member of our operations team will follow-up with you.
