Update: Scam Claims in Singapore
The Uber team is aware of the news reports about third parties offering promotional “Uber packages” for riders in Singapore.
Uber would like to confirm to all riders and drivers that we are not running such promotions in Singapore. Any promotions run by the Uber team are always conducted through the Uber app and communicated to our users via our own communication channels including via email, the Uber Facebook page, on Twitter and through Instagram. You can check our newsroom blog for the latest promotions on offer.
We are working with the authorities in their investigations into these scam promotions and we reserve the right to take any legal action against those who misuse our legal trademarks.
