This year’s Tulipmania takes inspiration from the magnificent works of celebrated Dutch artist Vincent van Gogh. The Flower Dome at Gardens By The Bay transforms into a living art gallery from 9am – 9pm until 7 May – see your favourite paintings breathe life with vibrant tulip and hyacinth blooms.
