From pickup to your destination, comprehensive commercial insurance covers every Uber ride.

Driver Application Process

Every driver clears a third party background check, attends in-person training, and possesses valid documentation before they can drive with us.

Nobody’s a Stranger

Your driver’s name, photo, and vehicle information appear in the app so you always know who’s coming to pick you up.

Anonymity

To protect your privacy, your feedback after every trip is anonymous, and your telephone number is hidden from your driver.

Share your ETA

Share your ETA, including real-time GPS location and critical trip information, with friends and family to keep track of your ride and safe arrival.
