Introducing Compliments

Sometimes, 5 stars just isn’t enough.

We’ve noticed that you leave notes in the app to thank drivers who make your journey more enjoyable – whether it’s turning the a/c down when they hear you sneeze or lending a hand with a heavy piece of luggage, it’s the small things that make a big difference. And we want to make sure that message gets through.

Starting this week, we’re making it easier for riders to thank drivers for the things they do. When a rider leaves a complimentㄧsay for expertly navigating winding city streets or simply striking up a great conversationㄧa notification will show up on the driver’s home screen to let them know.

We know there’ve been many times you’ve wanted to recognise drivers for the things they do to make our journey more memorable and fun. So, compliment generously, Singapore. You could make someone’s day at the tap of a button!
