Celebrating 5-Star Customer Service in Singapore
Every day, we receive countless of stories from riders in Singapore about the exceptional ways drivers make their day. From returning lost items to helping those in need, we’re grateful and inspired by these individuals who provide exceptional customer service to their riders.
Starting today, we’re thrilled to celebrate and award these amazing drivers with the “5-Star Driver” campaign. Every week, we will nominate five top driver-partners based on rider feedback and award each of them an Uber gift package and $500 in appreciation for their focus on excellent customer service.
To kickstart the campaign, we’re proud to recognise five drivers who have made an impact.
“I left my phone in Mr Hoong’s car and he proactively contacted my friends with my phone to let them know I left my phone in his car. He even gave them his number so I could contact him.
