‘5 Star Driver’ Week 2: Small Gestures Go a Long Way

It warms our hearts every week to hear about the sense of pride and joy drivers feel about providing excellent customer service to riders. From greeting the rider when they enter the car, to helping them with their bulky items – every gesture makes a difference to a rider’s Uber experience. We’re glad to have dedicated driver-partners on the platform who strive in ensuring they provide the best service to make their riders feel comfortable at the back of their car.

The 5 Star Driver Campaign celebrates and awards five top driver-partners each week based on rider feedback and each of them are presented with an Uber gift package and $500 in appreciation for their focus on excellent customer service.

“There was a sub woofer amplifier installed under the seat and I played my favourite song throughout the journey. The driver enjoyed the song too and we had a good conversation.
