We’ve Moved Offices!

Hi Uber Partners,

From this week we will be operating from a new office in Cremorne. As many of you would have experienced, our growth meant that the St Kilda office was no longer suitable.

We are still getting settled but are confidant that this extra space will allow us to offer better support and more often as we continue to grow.

The new office is located at 64 Gwynne Street, Cremorne. (click here to link to map)

There is no signage on the building but you will see a white box with the “64” hanging above the door.

We have no dedicated on-site parking however there are a range of parking options nearby:

  • There is a paid Wilson’s Carpark three doors down. The meters are currently not in operation which means it is free but generally quite full.
  • About 300 metres away is a paid Ace Carpark (meters are working here..) that can be entered from either Chestnut Street or 560 Church Street (head right to the back).
  • Most of the On-Street parking nearby has a 2 hour limit and is unmetered. As it is an industrial area, parking may be limited during the day.

Please ensure you obey all parking rules and avoid parking on private property.

Have a look at the map below for more details.

Please share this information with any other Uber Partner Drivers you know to avoid them making the mistake of heading to the old office and disturbing the new tenants of that space.

From tomorrow we will resume normal open hours:

Monday – Thursday: 3pm – 6pm

Friday – Saturday: 10am – 1pm

We plan to increase the number of open hours as soon as possible to continue to improve the support we can offer.

In the meantime please ensure you do not come to the office outside these hours to avoid disappointment when we can’t assist.

If you have any questions then feel free to contact us at help.uber.com.
