Sweepstakes Period: Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 8:00 am local time until Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 11:59 pm MST.
Winners Announced: Friday, February 12, 2016 at 12:00 pm local time.
Age/Location Requirements: Uber users 21 years or older in Phoenix, Arizona.
Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, you must enter by entering the “WINAZCW16” promo code in the Uber App and completing a ride in Phoenix. Uber users may also enter by e-mail without obligation, by sending your name and email address to azsweeps@uber.com with name of the sweepstakes in the subject line. E-mail entries must be time-stamped on or before the final day of the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries, both by riding on Uber and by e-mail, are not allowed.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: One (1) individual will win two (2) Chairmans passes to Arizona Cocktail Week 2016, including one (1) gift bag. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1,060.
How Winner is Selected: The winner will be randomly chosen following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
