Your Weekly Summary


Each week you should receive a Weekly  Summary email from Uber. This is an automatically generated email which:

  • Advises you how to earn more
  • Gives you feedback from your riders
  • Benchmarks your key statistics


You can maximise your earnings by working when it’s the busiest. Use this chart to see when Melbourne Partners made their highest average fares last week, remember that this depends on what happened during the week. If it was a long weekend last week then Sunday night will often be rated as a busy hour, that probably won’t be true for the following week (unless it’s also a long weekend!).

If you are looking to increase your earnings, use these hours as a guide along with the incentivised hours (Uber puts out incentives for times we know are busy to encourage more Partners to come online).

Being online at the right time is half the solution, the other is making sure you’re in the right place. Check out this blog for positioning information.

This section gives you your average rating for the week as well as specific feedback from riders. Remember the accuracy of this will depend on how many trips you did. If you only did 20 trips last week and one of them was a 1 star experience then it’s going to affect your weekly rating significantly. Check out the Driver Rating statistic in the next section to get a better feel for how that compares to your benchmarks.

These stats allow you to benchmark yourself against how you performed previously week as well as how the top earning Partners perform.

Remember these are weekly stats, not to be confused with the requirements for incentives. Your acceptance rate or trips per hour stat on the weekly summary will be different to what you did during the incentivised hours (unless you only worked during the incentivised period this week).
