Bio: Molly is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sport Medicine, a Crossfit Level 1 Certified Coach, guest instructor at Rancho la Puerta, a L1 Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the CHEK Institute, and the creator of FUEL Fitness + Nutrition and the FUEL 30-Day Challenge.
Name: Alyssa, Owner/Trainer of Rocket CrossFit
Bio: Alyssa believes in CrossFit as a way to build your body, your mind, your spirit– and even your ability to relate to and work with other people. Bio: Emily designed Matter of Fit as a lifestyle company comprised of coaching, personal discovery, and implementation of healthful methods of living. As a coach, she is there to help empower her clients to vibrant health, and to guide them in finding their prime and happiest self.
Name: Shannon O’Neil, Owner and Head Trainer at FIT by Red
Bio: Shannon has been helping people get fit since 2006. Shannon is a American College of Sports Medicine personal trainer and a StrongFirst level II Kettleball instructor. Nothing is more rewarding to her than easing someone’s daily pain or helping them fit into the jeans they almost gave up on.
Name: Heather Lundgren, Personal Trainer at Northwest Fitness
Bio: Heather’s goal is to make exercise more than something you do, instead making it a tool that enables you to participate in all the activities life has to offer. By using program designed with full body exercises, strength training, plyometrics, and cardio, creating functional fitness that will allow you to go on that hike with your family or participate in a softball league with friends with confidence.
