How Ratings Work
Uber’s rating system helps keep every trip 5-star! We allow both partners and riders to rate each other after a trip, and we regularly review ratings to maintain a safe and respectful environment. Ratings represent a measure of an individual’s driving or riding history on the Uber platform, and having a highly-rated partner or rider on your trip ensures you’ll have a pleasant trip.
Tips on being a 5-Star Partner
- Greet riders with a smile – it always makes everyone’s day
- Always be polite
- Call or text riders when you receive a request – just to confirm the pickup point
- Make sure your car is clean and smells good
- Please use navigational apps to reach the destination in the quickest time possible
On each trip, you’ll have an opportunity to rate the rider between 1 to 5 stars based on feedback from your ride. Problems with riders? We’re here to help!

With a growing restaurant community comes more choices and more complexity. So we’re cooking up features to continue to make UberEATS easy and reliable. Here is a taste–
