Instant Pay: Your money, when you want it
People who drive with Uber come from all walks of life, but everyone likes how it feels to get paid. We get that, which is why earlier this year we launched Instant Pay with GoBank, an easy-to-use option that gives drivers a way to cash out their earnings, well, in an instant.
In just a few months, well over 80,000 drivers signed up for Instant Pay with the Uber Debit Card from GoBank, an award-winning mobile bank account from GreenDot. And starting today, Uber and Green Dot are expanding Instant Pay options in response to driver feedback and demand.
With Uber, you can push a button and get work. And now, with our expanded Instant Pay option, you can push a button and get paid whenever you want to nearly any Mastercard, Visa or Discover U.S. debit card associated with traditional checking and savings accounts.
Whether you’re saving up for something big or hitting the road to pay an unexpected bill, Uber can help you reach your goals on your schedule. It’s your money. You earned it, and you should be able to experience the joy of getting paid any time you want.
That’s what driving with Uber is all about: work that fits around your life, and not the other way around. Whether it’s new features like Fuel Finder or Driver Destinations, we’ll keep on working to help you get the most out of your time on the road.
We are excited to surpass the 100th city mark by welcoming two Brazilian cities, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte, to the UberEATS family. From Atlanta to Warsaw, people have truly embraced this easy and reliable way to discover the food they love at the push of a button. Whether that’s an Indian inspired samosa, a good old-fashioned American burger or Vietnamese pho, people in 27 countries are using UberEATS to get a taste of the world’s flavors at the push of a button.
We’re excited to expand the Uber for Business platform beyond business travel, to include a world-class customer transportation solution, Uber Central. With Uber Central, organizations of all shapes and sizes can now easily provide on-demand, door-to-door transportation for their customers, clients, and guests.
A little over a year ago, we set out to put a new spin on an old classic–make reliable food delivery available at the tap of a button. Back then, we started by offering food in the UberEATS app from 1,000 pioneering restaurant partners in four cities. And today, more than 40,000 restaurants globally–from poke shops to pasta spots–are sharing food with customers through UberEATS. With a growing restaurant community comes more choices and more complexity. So we’re cooking up features to continue to make UberEATS easy and reliable. Here is a taste–
