After each trip taken on the Uber platform, riders are given the opportunity to rate their driver. This 5 star rating system creates accountability and provides real-time data to the Uber team. Due to the immediate nature of the ratings, Uber is able to maintain a consistent and quality service offering.
Feedback is essential to learning and growth. The Uber Team makes it a point to share feedback, both positive and negative, with our partners on a regular basis. Partners use this feedback to deliver an awesome experience to riders while expanding their own economic opportunity.
The Uber Platform enhances the taxi experience by perfecting the pickup. Our technology gives riders access to their drivers location, ETAs and contact information. This alleviates common issues that stem from traditional transportation options making for a seamless experience. Further, partners confirm their riders name at the pickup point. This practice ensures no one is getting in the wrong Uber!
Our partners are on the roads everyday interacting with our technology platform. The Uber team is in constant communication with our partners to determine where we can make improvements. These regular conversations allow us to ensure a superior experience for everyone in the Uber Community.
