Uber Edmonton & Yess Make Spring Cleaning Easy!

Spring is coming to an end, and it’s time to make sure those closets have been cleaned out. In the spirit of the season, we are teaming up with our friends at YESS to make donating clothing quick and convenient for our Edmonton riders.

#UberSpringCleaning – Clean out your closets and
let Uber take care of the rest

This Saturday, May 30, with the touch of a button, a driver will come to your house, pickup bags of clothing and deliver them directly to a local donation center — all for free!

Through Uber’s ingenuity and the generosity of our community, Youth Empowerment & Support Services will be able to stock our shelves full of clothing for the hundreds of at-risk and homeless youth that access our services each year. We are so grateful for Uber’s support and thrilled to partner with them in this unique initiative. Thank you for helping youth from difficult realities!

  3. Request ‘GIVE’ at the bottom of the screen.
  4. An uberX will arrive to pick up your items and drop-off your donation free of charge.

THE DETAILS:

      • All clothing must be bagged for drivers to accept your donation
      • We ask that you bring your bagged clothing out to meet your driver when they arrive.
