Thank you for sharing the warmth!

As temperatures continue to drop, now more than ever is there a need to keep warm this holiday season. To do our part, last Saturday we teamed up with the wonderful people at YESS and held a clothing drive to gather winter clothing for those in need. Together with several of our driver-partners, our teams came together to pick up your bags of gently used warm winter items and donated them on your behalf, free of charge.

While the event itself lasted only a day, the response was, in a word, overwhelming. In just four hours, over 400 bags of clothing were gathered and delivered to YESS.

“This is the second clothing drive we have been fortunate enough to partner with Uber on. We are truly blown away by both the generosity of the drivers and the community. Seeing our city come together this time of year for a great cause is amazing! With your donations, we are able to ensure that each and every youth that access our services are appropriately clothed for our cold winters. From the entire YESS team, thank you for your donations!”– Rayanne Forbes, YESS Community Engagement Coordinator
