Since uberX first hit the streets of Baltimore in November of 2013, riders throughout Maryland have taken over 8.5 million trips on the platform. These are trips that help people get home safely from a night out with friends, give them access to parts of the city that were previously underserved, and provide more and more people the ability to safely and reliably get around the city they love. This week, Uber Maryland recognized driver-partners who have gone above and beyond to ensure rider safety and the highest quality experience.
