Olamaie now slinging biscuits to your door through UberEATS
“Oh-La-May” I have some biscuits?
Have you ever had Olamaie’s handmade biscuits? They are basted with butter and served with a side of honey butter. These biscuits are so good, they don’t even have to appear on the restaurant’s menu.
“If we put them on the menu, we’d be doing nothing but making biscuits all day long,” Executive Chef Michael Fojtasek told Food & Wine Magazine when he was named among their “Best New Chefs” in 2015. Hence, they are available by request only seven nights a week for dinner guests.
That is why Austin’s UberEATS team is excited to announce our partnership with Olamaie, featuring their biscuits on a menu for the first time ever—exclusively on the UberEATS app.
Chef Fojitasek’s kitchen is now open during lunch for private parties and exclusively on the UberEATS app beginning at 8:30am. The 84 year old building the restaurant calls home is the perfect space for a private Southern lunch experience not far from the Capitol or downtown. Or those biscuits are the tap of a button away from being delivered right to work or your front door.
