Sweepstakes Name: Uber Atlanta Survey Sweepstakes
Sweepstakes Period: May 6, 2016 at 12:00 pm local time until May 13, 2016 at 12:00 pm local time.
Winners Announced: May 18, 2016 at 12:00 pm local time.
Age/Location Requirements: Uber users 18 years or older in Atlanta, Georgia
Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, you must enter by completing a short Google Forms survey provided by Uber. Multiple entries are not allowed.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: One individual will win ten (10) discounted Uber rides up to five dollars off each ride, which must be redeemed by May 31, 2016. The approximate retail value of the prize is $50.
How Winner is Selected: The winner will be randomly chosen following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
