5 Reasons Rick Rocks Uber
We recently got a pretty cool email from a rider named Rick who went out of his way to list his top 5 reasons for choosing Uber! Here’s his list:
Reasons I (Rick) use Uber:
1.) Convenience– My whole life is on my Android, so the fact that that’s all I need to get a car (ordering, being aware of when the driver’s arriving, payment) is essential.
2.) Pro Drivers– I’ve ridden a lot with you guys and I’ve rarely had a driver I wasn’t impressed by. Respectful, courteous pros is a welcomed relief to the crude taxi drivers who’ll bully you around. I even have a few Uber favorites (Tulio’s the man).
3.) Ease– I guess this could go with convenience, but the app is so simple. I’ve even got my sister using the text message version which you never would have thought possible if you know her.
4.) Service– The one time I had an issue you guys dealt with it in a flash which I can’t say for all companies.
5.) Comfort– I’m at a point in my life where comfort matters. I prefer a relaxing atmosphere in a nice car with a polite driver looking out for my needs. Enough so, that I’m willing to pay a bit more for it. I gotta say, taxis have really done you a service in being as unpredictable and notorious as they are.
